Had an amazing New Year experience at this hotel. the European-style design and comfortable rooms made our stay enjoyable. the soft and big beds ensured a good night's sleep. the strong water pressure and hot water in the shower were refreshing. the breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel were delicious. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a short walk to the bus stop and attractions nearby.

Charming apartment with absolutely superb views of the mountains. Rooms here had a standard decor. There was a hot tub in the private bathroom. The attentive staff and the family environment. The location of the property was comfy short walk to The Swiss Garden which is non sense, tourist info counter. Had a nice coffee at Movenpick Cafe, located 10 minutes walk away.

The hotel had a great location, with shops and restaurants nearby, and it was just a short walk from the famous attractions in the area. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, always willing to help and answer any questions. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

That the TV in the room was broken and couldn't be fixed during our stay. there were a lot of stairs to reach the rooms at the back, which could be challenging for guests with heavy luggage.
